SHIPPING POLICY
Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC ships domestic and international orders via USPS. If you have an account with a preferred shipping service that you would like us to use, please notify us as soon as possible claireginnceramics@gmail.com. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. 
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. 
We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding. 
*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have reached customs.


SHIPPING RATES
Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time USPS rates plus handling.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are handmade to order in SLC, Utah. Due to the nature of our work, we do require up to 4-6 weeks for production time. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.


CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
We are working quickly to fulfill orders as soon as possible but unfortunately we are unable to expedite orders at this time.


CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate custom orders at this time, including personalization. 


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.


WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please contact us immediately at claireginnceramics@gmail.com  to update your order.  We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at claireginnceramics@gmail.com to tell us what happened. We will contact you within approximately one business day to resolve the issue.


Because each piece is individually hand made and may vary slightly in shape, size and color from the images shown and from one piece to the next, Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC  will only accept returns for an exchange for products damaged en-route. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. 


If you would like to exchange an item. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an exchange. Once we have approved your exchange, we will send you further instructions.
After your exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item.  


Please note: Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Claire Ginn Ceramics LLC  or for pieces broken during transit.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
An order may be cancelled as long as the request is made within 24 hours of your purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot honor cancellation requests made after the 24 hour window.
